I cancelled my membership. Why was I still billed?

If you cancelled your membership and were still billed, there are a couple of reasons why this occurred. In this article we will cover the following:
● Multiple accounts as a Supporter
I'm a supporter of EricstanleyMusicStore and was billed after cancelling my mem
bership.
One possibility is you signed up multiple times as a supporter. If you do this, you are billed every time that you sign up and have an active membership.
Even if you cancelled your membership before the start of the pay cycle, the other accounts you signed up under are still active. This is because you may have other duplicate accounts that are still active.
If you're uncertain whether or not you have any other accounts, check out your My Membership page. You'll see them listed here!
Please note that memberships can only be edited on the DESKTOP and not the Mobile Phone. We are working on this issue
